To professionally manage all accounting, financial, operational, and support services (e.g., security,

maintenance), producing high-quality, controlled outcomes. To manage the school's fiscal matters to

maximize the benefit of financial and physical assets, ensuring all assets are well-controlled and

protected.

The Director of Technology will provide leadership in setting the IT vision for HKIS and determining the goals

and objectives required to realize that vision. The Director will oversee both short and long-range planning to support HKIS in creating and maintaining an IT environment that is responsive to the school’s instructional and

operational needs and appropriate in scale.

The Director of Technology reports to the Chief Operating Officer and is supported by a team of 24 employees

including six direct reports; the Data Services Manager, Infrastructure Services Manager, Client Services Manager, Systems Project Manager, Security Engineer, and an IT Office Coordinator.
