Participants will learn to implement advanced risk management and continuity planning strategies, maintain compliance with policies and regulations, and strengthen school-wide documentation processes.
The course also emphasizes strategic management to support the school’s vision, mission, and accreditation. Additionally, it covers best practices in procurement, human resources, and facilities management, while providing tools to navigate insurance solutions for maximum value.
Upon finishing the course, participants will be awarded a certificate that outlines the key areas of learning covered.
