  • Overview of managing cash flow forecasting and forex risk implications.

  • Budgeting and forecasting skills to optimize treasury functions, 

  • Structures and systems to support ease of cash forecasting.

  • Managing Investments and creating effective policies and portfolios that support your school’s goals.

  • Understand risk and asset allocation to make informed investment decisions and balance short- and long-term financial needs.

Week Two

  • Investment committees and collaboration with external advisors.

  • The fundamentals of forex management, including key currency pairs, exchange rate drivers, and the impact on school finances.

  • Practical risk mitigation strategies, such as hedging techniques and the use of forward contracts, options, and natural hedging.
